There’s no combustion engine on board, eliminating the conventional reliance on diesel for repositioning. Instead, this vessel stands as a testament to the potential of sustainable technology, underpinned by the owners’ Foundation⁰, which champions transparency in utilizing green innovations.

The yacht’s design features naval architecture by Dykstra Naval Architects, with styling and interiors crafted by the renowned Vripack. The project began with an emphasis on technology, yet the design team understood the importance of aesthetics. Marnix Hoekstra, co-creative director of Vripack, stresses the blend of functionality and beauty in Project Zero’s construction. The yacht is equipped with regenerative systems, including turbine propellers for hydro-generation, enabling it to operate up to two weeks purely on renewable energy.
Furthermore, an impressive 1,076 square feet (100 square meters) of photovoltaic thermal panels adorn Project Zero’s biminis, producing electrical energy as well as heating and cooling power. This energy-efficient approach is further supported by a 700-volt CD grid, enhancing performance and sustainability.

The exterior features FSC-certified Brazilian teak, sourced from responsibly managed forests. The main cockpit offers modular furniture on castors, promoting swift reconfiguration for lounging or dining, accommodating anywhere from four to twelve guests.
