New Year, New Flagship for Sirena Yachts
The Turkish yard Sirena Yachts has exciting news as they approach the completion of the first Sirena 118 superyacht. Set to launch in the upcoming year, this vessel will proudly stand as the largest in the Sirena lineup, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey.
A New Addition to the Fleet
Measuring significantly larger than its predecessor, the Sirena 88, the 118 expands the fleet by a substantial thirty feet. Designed with state-of-the-art GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) construction techniques, this yacht combines stylish design with exceptional performance. The exterior has been crafted by Sirena’s in-house design team, while the naval architecture is a collaborative effort with the renowned Germán Frers. Complementing these features, the interiors have been designed by the celebrated studio Cor D. Rover, ensuring a luxurious atmosphere throughout.
Craftsmanship and Vision
Sirena’s CEO, Çağin Genc, expressed pride in the ongoing development of the new flagship, stating, “As the first Sirena 118 continues to take shape, we are proud to see the design vision materialising across every area of the build.” This vision reflects the dedication of Sirena’s team and their long-standing relationships with essential partners, bringing the essence of the Sirena brand to life.
Luxurious Interior and Accommodation
With a volume of under 300 GT, the Sirena 118 makes full use of its tri-deck layout, offering an expansive interior that can be customized according to the owner’s preferences. Natural light floods the interior spaces, thanks to carefully positioned windows and open layouts. The yacht accommodates up to twelve guests in luxurious comfort across five cabins, including a master suite that can span two decks through an innovative “loft” design, which features a private spiral staircase. Additionally, four guest cabins and a VIP suite are strategically placed on the lower deck, alongside crew quarters.

Entertainment and Relaxation Spaces
The design of the Sirena 118 places great emphasis on enjoyment and relaxation. On the main deck, spacious lounge and dining areas create an inviting atmosphere for both entertaining guests and casual relaxation. The upper deck features a wet bar and additional dining options, perfect for al fresco dining on warm evenings. A sumptuous Jacuzzi and sun pads adorn the bow, while the aft deck is equipped with fold-out wings and a hydraulic platform, facilitating easy access to the ocean.
Efficient Cruising Powered by Innovation
In terms of power, the Sirena 118 stands out with its highly efficient fast-displacement hull, which reduces drag and significantly lowers fuel consumption. Equipped with twin MAN V-12 engines generating an impressive 3,100 hp, the yacht can reach a top speed of 16 knots. For those looking for a bit more power, there’s an option to upgrade to engines that generate 3,800 hp, pushing the maximum speed up to 21 knots.

Upcoming Milestones
As the inaugural unit reaches its final stages, it still requires engine installation, paintwork, interior joinery, and sea trials. Anticipation continues to build, as Sirena Yachts prepares for a spectacular delivery later this year, poised to make waves in the world of luxury yachting.
