Ivy Studio’s design emphasizes the building’s raw structure by leaving exposed concrete columns, walls, and the ceiling slab intact. This interplay between raw concrete and sleek furnishings creates a striking visual contrast. As Ivy Studio notes, “Minnibar embraces its raw shell,” pointing to a design philosophy that prioritizes authenticity and function.

The Heart of the Restaurant

At the center of Minnibar is an enclosed core that houses the kitchen, bar, and pizza counter, allowing the rest of the dining space to flow freely around its perimeter. The cafe counter, clad in luxurious cream-colored stone with a leather finish, welcomes morning visitors, transitioning into an omakase-style ledge made of white oak, where patrons can sit comfortably and enjoy their meals.
