The Crown Estate recently initiated a tender process to select a new developer for this ambitious project located in the Irish Sea.     The timeline for further approvals is critical as well. A decision on the joint Development Consent Order application, which covers transmission assets for both Morgan and the neighboring 480-megawatt Morecambe project, is expected in September 2026.
