This long-term collaborative effort aims to enhance planning efficiency, improve operational flexibility, and streamline project execution across AOC’s offshore assets. Boskalis has emphasized the establishment of a dedicated project team as part of this agreement, ensuring a focused approach to their joint initiatives.

Implemented in April, this partnership is set to commence its first work scope in September. This signifies a proactive initiative to not only maintain but also to enhance operational capabilities in a region that’s vital to the UK’s energy strategy.

“This agreement represents an important step in strengthening our long-term supply chain partnerships and supporting the safe, stable, and efficient delivery of our offshore operations,” stated Richard Beattie, CEO of AOC. His comments underline the critical nature of such collaborations in the dynamic landscape of offshore operations.

Beattie further expressed confidence in Boskalis Subsea Services, highlighting their collaborative ethos which aligns seamlessly with AOC’s operational values and long-term vision. This flexible framework enables AOC to respond effectively to both routine and emergent work scopes, ensuring that operational excellence continues to drive performance across their assets.

Anasuria Operating Company, incorporated as a private limited company in England and Wales in July 2015, operates the Anasuria Cluster. This joint venture is held equally by Ping Petroleum UK Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ping Petroleum, and Anasuria Hibiscus UK Limited, a wholly owned arm of Hibiscus Petroleum Berhad. The synergy from this partnership is expected to bolster operational output significantly, given the expertise and resources of both organizations.
