Motor yacht 2 Ladies has returned to the Mediterranean following a major refit in Croatia, emerging refreshed and ready for luxury yacht charters for the 2026 season. The 46.35-metre Rossinavi superyacht recently completed an extensive shipyard period at Adria Docks in Trogir under the management of Croatian engineering and refit specialist Capax.
Originally delivered in 2012, 2 Ladies stands out due to its unique design, tailored around an innovative owner brief: two friends and business partners desired a yacht that could comfortably accommodate both owners and their partners simultaneously. This led to the creation of dual master suites, a departure from the traditional single-owner layout. The result is a custom superyacht, featuring a highly personalized interior and exceptional onboard amenities.
Designed by Mulder Design with captivating interiors by Studio Arch. Tommaso Spadolini, 2 Ladies embodies timeless Italian craftsmanship combined with the capability for long-range cruising. After more than a decade of private ownership, the owners turned to Capax for a comprehensive refit program aimed at modernizing the vessel while preserving its intrinsic character.
The extensive works undertaken in 2025 included the installation of new generators, a complete replacement of teak decking across all exterior spaces, and a full repaint of both the hull and superstructure. Mulder Design returned to the project to redesign the sundeck lounge and bar area, integrating modern aesthetics with materials like Corian Arctic Ice, stainless steel, and teak. Moreover, advanced 3D scanning technology was employed for the steelwork repairs, ensuring precision and structural integrity throughout the project.
Teo Petricevic, the CEO of Capax, characterized the project as technically demanding yet hugely rewarding, underscoring the emotional bond the owners maintain with the yacht since its commissioning. The refit unfolded in collaboration with yacht management firm Ocean Independence, coating specialists Wrede Consulting, and classification society Lloyd’s Register.
With her return to the Mediterranean, 2 Ladies is now available for charter, offering sumptuous accommodations for up to 12 guests across six suites, which includes the yacht’s trademark dual full-beam master cabins. Additional highlights encompass a beach club, sauna, a forward-facing gym, a Jacuzzi, and a glass lift connecting all decks. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she cruises comfortably at 12 knots with a transatlantic range of 4,500 nautical miles.
With her rejuvenated interiors, upgraded technical systems, and the esteemed pedigree from Rossinavi, 2 Ladies is poised to captivate Mediterranean yacht charter enthusiasts looking for a distinctive luxury experience in summer 2026.
