In February, Hertz rolled out the red carpet for a vibrant showcase of cars at their headquarters in Estero, Florida. The event, designed exclusively for employees, was a delightful celebration of automotive culture, featuring a stunning array of vintage vehicles alongside the newest models slated for the company’s 2026 rental fleet.

The event not only allowed employees to display their personal classic cars but also provided a sneak peek at the cutting-edge models Hertz will be introducing. Hosted by two of Hertz’s employee resource groups—Veterans and First Responders and GenH (which caters to newer employees)—the event underscored the company’s strong connection to both its workforce and its automotive roots.
“We have thousands of car enthusiasts here at Hertz, including myself,” said Mike Moore, Hertz’s executive vice president and chief operating officer. “This car show is a fantastic way to celebrate that passion and connect employees through our shared love for automobiles.”

The show featured a mesmerizing lineup of employee-owned classic cars, from iconic models like the DeLorean and the ’64 Chevy Nova to an assortment of high-performance sports cars. Jessica Owens, a Hertz account service representative and co-chair of the event, expressed her excitement: “Seeing such iconic vehicles alongside the 2026 models we’ll be renting was a highlight for me.
